CA Type Push-In & Snap-On Capper - Capping Spice Bottles
Watch the demonstration of Zalkin's cap orienter's application of 4 cap sizes onto 3 containers at 7,200 bottles per hour. Turret 1 features push-in sieve on metal container with CA12 cap orienter and Capco capping heads. Turret 2 for plastic snap-on cover with U1000 cap orienter and capping heads with jaws and for plastic screw-on cap on glass jars with H5 Hysteresis capping heads with jaws. This system features a control by camera for cap presence and askew closures.
