CA Type 4 Head Screw-On Capper - Capping HDPE Containers
Our freestanding rotary screw-on cappers use Zalkin’s proven Pick and Place technology to apply plastic screw caps to containers at speeds up to 60,000 bph. Watch the application of 53 mm plastic screw caps on 500 to 950 cc HDPE containers at 7,800 bottles per hour. 250 l vertical cap elevator to supply a metered quantity of closures to the electronic GC750 cap orienter (disc height setting via HMI selection).
