TM300 Snap-on Capper - Capping Beverage Containers


Watch Zalkin's demonstration of a Single-head snap-on capper for beverage and distilled spirits – application of plastic snap-on closures and push-in T-Cork stoppers onto various glass bottle sizes up to 3,000 bottles per hour. Integrated 80 l cap elevator (incorporated within the framework of the capper) and U750 cap orienter deliver the caps to the capping machine. This machine features format size quick changeover. One roll-on sealing head for aluminum closures can also be fitted on this capper (not featured on the video).
