0:10 [music] Today, I came to Zalkin for a training session on sliders and magnetic heads, components mounted on our machines at Volvic.

0:20 At the Volvic Nature site, we currently have three Zalkin turrets fully equipped up to the capping heads. This leads me to troubleshoot,

0:27 perform maintenance, and carry out preventive work on the Zalkin machines, whether it's the sliders, head bases, [music] or magnetic heads.

0:33 When clients come for training at the Zalkin Training Center, they expect us to help them understand how the machine works so they can perform first-level maintenance themselves.

0:47 The training itself was very well presented. It lasts two days, which is enough to cover [music] the full disassembly and reassembly of the sliders and magnetic heads.

0:55 Practically speaking, it takes place in two main phases. First, we project images from the technical training manual,

1:03 which is the theoretical part. The second part takes place at the workbenches, where we work directly on the equipment clients have in their own machines.

1:11 Having a practical workshop where we actually rebuild our own equipment is very interesting and educational, because these are things I can

1:19 apply directly at the factory.

1:21 The benefit of training at the Zalkin Training Center is that our instructor adapts the curriculum to the specific features of each client's machine.

1:28 The goal is to provide clients with the technical information and training they need to operate and maintain their equipment as efficiently as possible.

1:40 There is a direct link between what I learned during the training and what I'll be able to do in the field tomorrow. The training was very thorough. In the end, it gave me

1:48 the knowledge I was missing regarding Zalkin capping machines, for example.

1:52 [music]

1:54 When clients come here for training, we also take the opportunity to give them a tour of the entire production facility. I didn't expect to see

2:02 such a large, clean, and well-organized factory. It's very pleasant to be in an environment with a atmosphere so focused on work.

2:11 [music] Another advantage of this on-site training at Zalkin is that we were able to bring our own sub-assemblies. These served

2:19 as training materials while being overhauled by Zalkin's teams at the same time

2:27 as the training. The benefit [music] of this training for Volvic is a better understanding of its

2:35 equipment by its teams, which directly leads to longer machine durability. I think the

2:42 training is beneficial for the Volvic plant. It will allow us to gain extra skills and respond faster and more effectively. It gives us

2:50 better expertise and diagnostic capabilities for breakdowns and troubleshooting. Downtime is reduced because we can intervene faster, resulting in fewer line stops

3:00 thanks to this.

3:02 Trainings can be conducted in two different ways. We welcome clients to Zalkin at our training center, but

3:10 our training department also travels to client sites to teach maintenance teams directly in their own workshops. I

3:18 think the training is very useful—it's a real advantage and a great asset provided to us.

3:23 So yes, I would definitely recommend

3:24 [music]

3:25 other companies to come and meet the training team, who are very pleasant and insightful.
