Preferred Service Agreement
With a Prepaid Preferred Service Customer Agreement from Fowler Products Company, customers will receive the following valuable considerations:
Two (2) or Four (4) scheduled visits per twelve month contract period (additional visits are available):
Qualified plant visits are included in the price of the agreement and will be scheduled through the Fowler Service Department at least fifteen (15) working days in advance of each visit.
Each visit will include up to sixteen (16) regular labor hours by a qualified service technician to evaluate machines, train operators and maintenance personnel and assist in adjustments.
As a contract service customer you will be put to the "head of the line" for scheduling of contract plant visits.
Preferred rate on extended contract visits:
If your scheduled plant visit requires additional time beyond sixteen (16) hours or you find weekend or overtime necessary, you will receive a discount of 10% on the labor rates as published in Fowler Products Service Policy (SD-101)
Preferred rates on non-contract visits:
If your schedule does not permit the necessary fifteen (15) day advance scheduling of the contract service trips or if you have an emergency need for service outside of the regularly scheduled agreement visits, you will receive a 10% discount from our standard rates (for service hours) as published in Fowler Products Service Policies.
- Preferred Service Customer Agreement holders will not be required to place a deposit on charge field service visits.
- Preferred Service Customer Agreement holders agree to pay the normal travel expense, travel time and living expenses as outlined in the then current Fowler Products Company Service Policy (SD-101), however, customers will receive a 10% discount on all travel hours charged during the term of the agreement.
- On request, Fowler will advance book air travel, when possible, to reduce costs. Customer is responsible for any air travel charges incurred as a result of re-booking when re-booking is not at the request of Fowler.
- All other terms and conditions of Fowler Products Company Service Policies in effect will apply. Discounts offered under this agreement apply only to labor as indicated. All travel and living expenses remain within the published service policy.
